Hike to Vernal Falls

The pictures are starting to come through, yay!

Our first day in Yosemite, we hiked to the bridge at Vernal Falls. I had promised Seth big waterfalls, and of course most of the falls were empty it being August and all, but there is always water at Vernal, so up we went. I say up because while this is a short hike, less than a mile each way, it is straight up. Or at least it felt like it with Davis on my back. I'm sure Jeff felt it too with Seth on his, and look at Grandma go with Audrey in the Bjorn! Seth was duly impressed with the water falls, and he and Jeff even went a little further up the trail after we turned around.
