KidSpace

On Mother's Day we went with the greater Outten Clan to KidSpace museum in Pasadena.  The kids had a blast.  It wasn't very crowded, but it is basically in the parking lot of the Rose Bowl, and there was a swap meet that day, so the approach and parking was a little crazy.

Grandkids

Since my brother and his kids were in town, we decided to take a picture of all six of my parent's grandkids.  I called all the kids and started taking pictures as they arrived:   

New Year's Eve

We had a very nice NYE in Downtown LB at the Pike.  They had a celebration for families, with live music, balloon animals and at 9:00pm, fireworks.  We went with my brother and his kids and everyone had a great time!

The Christmas Mall

Perhaps better known as South Coast Plaza, we trek down here once a year to look at the decor, ride the train and make some crafts.

 The day was rainy and really windy.  When you cross over between the Plaza and the Crystal Court, they supply umbrellas, but not the weight to hold them down in that wind.
