Floats!

Today we took the kids to Pasadena to see the decorating of the Rose Parade floats.  The first pic is of Long Beach's float, a gondola with some buildings and stuff.  There were lots of people hard at work, and Seth is excited to see them on the TV on Thursday.

Enjoying Xmas in So Cal

Nice and sunny but a little cold!  Audrey and Davis take out their new rides with their new hats, Audrey contemplates with Pinky, and Seth shows us his new found ability to make people laugh. (Who taught him this????)

More Christmas Fun

Audrey with Jeff's Dad, Audrey in a box, and Davis, where did the chocolate cake go?

Christmas Morning

I think my children were a little underwhelmed with Christmas morning.  While I had been systematically getting rid of old stuff for the last few weeks making way for the new, there has in general always been a lot of stuff around our house, uh, since the kids were born.  So to wake up to a new pile of stuff, they barely noticed.  But after we got into the opening, they were a little more excited.  For some reason though, Seth seemed more interested in the baby stuff while the babies were more interested in his stuff.  Oh well!

Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve with my Dad and his siblings as I have always done.  See some pix of the dressed up kids below!

Birthday Pics!

New portraits!  They are getting so old, both are walking now, and standing tall as you can see below.

Davis vs. the Christmas Tree

Well, yesterday Davis pulled over the 6ft, fully decorated full of water Christmas Tree.  I really wish I had pictures, but amongst all the screaming (mostly me) and cleaning up of millions of tiny shards of broken glass bulbs, I somehow forgot to get out the camera.  Anyway, a 1 year old should not be able to pull an entire tree over is all I have to say.
p.s. no one got hurt, except for a few ornaments who met untimely deaths

Parade!

Every year we go to the Second Street Christmas Parade and have a party in my Dad's office. The kids love it, and several of Seth's (and our's) friends came too!
