We went to the Environmental Nature Center in Newport Beach. While there we ran into a summer camp group who had ribbon and carrots, and were fishing for crayfish. They kindly shared their "equipment" and the kids had a great time. We didn't successfully "reel" any in, but there is a picture of one that another kid did in case you were wondering what they look like.
